Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or use the enquiry forms to send spam or unlawful content.
Content and intellectual property
Website content and imagery may be protected by copyright and other rights. You may view it for personal use. Do not reproduce it commercially without permission from the rights holder. Nothing here asserts ownership of third-party brands or client-supplied photographs.
Information and availability
We aim to keep website information useful and accurate, but general timetable information may change. Check current availability on Gymcatch before booking. The website does not provide individual medical advice. No guarantee is given that the site will always be available or error-free.
External links and booking
Gymcatch, Google and WhatsApp are external services with their own terms and privacy information. Following a link is your choice. One-to-one sessions must be arranged directly with the studio.
Liability and consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected. Any further limitation must be reasonable and approved before use.
Changes and applicable law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, without removing mandatory rights available to consumers elsewhere. Updated terms will be published with a revised date. Changes do not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights.
