Cookie policy
Optional Google Maps content stays off until you choose to allow it. You can reopen Cookie settings in the footer at any time.

What this website stores
The application stores your choices in local storage under “reformer-cookie-preferences”, including the category choices, timestamp and policy version. It expires the choice after 12 months and asks again if the technology set changes materially. Refusals are recorded too. This is browser-local evidence, not a server-side consent log.
A request to the current public site observed a GAESA cookie set by the hosting response, with a 30-day expiry and path /. Its precise infrastructure purpose and exemption must be confirmed with the hosting provider. It is not evidence that Google Analytics is installed.

Categories
- Strictly necessary: essential hosting technologies and the privacy-choice record. These cannot be switched off in our panel; browser settings may block storage but can affect the service.
- Statistical: no tool is installed. The preference can be turned off; no analytics code is activated by enabling it.
- Appearance and functionality: no optional preference tool is installed. The preference can be turned off.
- Optional third-party content and marketing: off by default. Google Maps is gated by this choice. No advertising pixels are installed.
External services
Allowing Google Maps loads content from Google, which can receive network information and may use its own cookies or storage. The live Gymcatch embed remains disabled; direct Gymcatch, Google Maps directions and WhatsApp links open those providers only when you follow the link.
Google Fonts is requested to display the site typography. No font-related cookie has been established by our header audit; these network requests can still disclose your IP address to Google. Provider roles and transfer safeguards must be reviewed.
Withdrawing optional permission removes the embedded map from this site. It cannot delete cookies already stored on a third-party domain; use browser or provider controls to remove those.
Changing your choice
Choose Reject optional, Accept all or Customise in the privacy panel. Accept and reject have equal prominence. If your browser cannot save local storage, the choice applies only during the current visit and a notice is shown. No optional embed loads merely because the panel appears.
