Class and service complaints

Include the relevant class or booking date and a safe way to reply. Do not send detailed health information through an ordinary website enquiry.

Data protection complaints
Address your complaint to Chantal Johnson at the studio email or postal address. The applicable legal duties include acknowledgement within 30 days, appropriate enquiries without undue delay, keeping you informed and communicating the outcome.
If you remain concerned, you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ or telephone 0303 123 1113. You do not lose your right to approach the ICO by contacting the studio first.
